Training for Professionals (TFP)

Training for Professionals are experts in the residential lettings market and since 1993 have been providing training courses, publications, consultancy and comprehensive documentation for letting agents and property management companies. TFP have combined many years of expertise in order to ensure you are provided with the best, legally watertight, tenancy agreements, notices, letters and other relevant paperwork for your business.

Many of their staff come from a legal background with a specialty in residential lettings or a career in estate agency or property management. They are headed up by David d'Orton Gibson, Chair of ANUK (Accreditation Network UK) an organisation that promotes accreditation in private rented residential accommodation. They promote best practice for letting agents and property management wherever possible.
